Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation&Refund”
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.
You should submit a help Ticket from TS once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear, Final-sale items and Lingerie.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
If you receive the wrong or defective items, there is no need to return them to us. In this case, we always approve to issue you the refund. It is expected to be arrived in 2 - 7 business days.
Note: We do not process a refund or return in the following cases:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country"s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
If you need to return the items, the shipping fee you paid when placing an order are non-refundable.We will only return the cost of clothes.
Note:We will deduct the corresponding shipping costs of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service first time，we will get back to you within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before refunding your money to be officially displayed.
Third, contact your bank. It will usually take some time to handle before refunds are approved.
